Tuscan Iron Entries custom builds iron doors with quality in mind. Our line of American iron doors are designed, fabricated and sold from the same location in Collierville, TN. Our iron doors are built with American labor and materials. By designing and building our iron doors locally, we are able to keep true to the highest quality and standards that the American consumer expects. The highest quality control is achieved by having all operations under one roof.

Imported Line

For the last 15 years, Tuscan Iron Entries has taken pride in producing quality custom iron products made in the USA. Given today's economy and consumer needs, Tuscan Iron Entries has realized that custom work may not always be the choice of those who are time and cost conscience. Tuscan Iron Entries now offers a line of imported doors in addition to our custom line of American made doors. We are continually working with our over-sea suppliers to ensure that our imported products meet the quality and design standards that are present in our American doors. In fact, all designs on imported doors match the designs on our American doors.

Construction

Tuscan Iron Entries uses all steel in the manufacturing of our iron doors. Door stiles are 2"x5" rectangular tubing while door jambs are 2"x6" rectangular tubing. Design elements are plasma cut from 1/2" plate which allows for a very substantial and heavy look. The use of CNC equipment in the production of our iron doors assures the accuracy and repeatability of common door parts such as custom arches and custom design elements.

Styles

scroll 1 Our iron doors are available in over 20 designs. The styles range from simple and elegant to ornate and bold. Door styles are highly customizable. In addition to the designs, customers can pick the type of glass, hardware, door bases and colors. If one of the 20 designs and countless customizations do not fit your needs, Tuscan Iron Entries can custom design and fabricate one for you.

Hardware

Tuscan Iron Entries uses Emtek hardware. Emtek hardware is made in the USA and is of very high quality. However, our iron doors will accept most high-end hardware as holes are drilled at a standard 2 1/8" diameter at a 2 3/8" backset.

Glass

Glass panels on all iron doors are hinged. This allows for ease of cleaning and ventilation without opening the doors. Glass comes in a varitey styles from clear to obscure and everything in between. All glass used on our iron doors is tempered, double-paned and insulated.

Insulation

Doors are injected with a polyurethane foam. The foam expands to fill all of the air space inside of the doors.

Finish

Our iron doors undergo a multi-step finishing process. Tuscan Iron Entries uses a Super Durable polyester powder-coating which is considered the one of the most weather-stable, u.v.- resistant coatings. Final antiquing of the product is applied by hand. Customers can choose between various finishes.
